We are in a vibrational “exhale” or purging cycle now leading up to equinox season. This is an excellent time to clear, cleanse abd release ahead of the next ascension wave crest and a simple exercise like this can make all the difference:

Practice Conscious Breathing. Most people breathe WRONG! Try this for just 3 minutes several times a day.

Breathe in for a count of 4, hold for a couple seconds, then release for 4. Inhale and exhale from diaphragm. Not chest. Then exchange energy with the universe for those 3 minutes; for example.. breathe in calm, breathe out stress. Or breathe in love, breathe our fear. Or breathe in confidence, breathe out tentativeness...you get the idea. This is a stressful time in a stressful world but by doing this as a daily practice it will make a huge difference in your overall well being and state of mind. . It’s really simple yet powerful.
