Instead of focusing on what you can’t or shouldn’t have, focus on everything you can or should have.

As you know I have a very balanced approach to nutrition in regards to food choices. However, make no mistake that wholesome nutrient dense foods are going to be the best choice most of the time.

So instead of viewing food as something you have to restrict, see it as something that is abundant, nourishing and you can get creative with. What you focus on grows , so the more you can train your mind to think this way, the more the good stuff will be the automatic option. 🙏🏻🙌🏻

Bringing back old school photos with good nutrition, tips, and information. Let me tell you how hard it is to keep up with social media these days with reels and fancy photos. I literally want to just give you the information and not have to worry about all the other stuff.

Most of my clients struggle with meal ideas because social media complicates nutrition. Here’s a breakfast idea with proteins, carbs , fat, and color!

Breakfast for my youngest son.👇🏻
He’s almost 18 😭 and learning a lot about macros. I think he’ll be ok when he’s on his own. 👌🏻

I am extremely lucky to work with so many incredible people.
Meet my client friend.
She did not let any holiday, vacations, travel, surgeries, or social occasion stop her from chipping away at her goal. She found herself today 16.7 lbs less and has taken 3.5 inches off her waist. She has spent some time to organize daily routine that works for her and has always been willing to look over any blindspots to work on. She willl be the first to tell you discipline not motivation was her driving force because you won’t always feel like doing the things you need to do to change your life. I am beyond proud of her and know that she will take her discipline and strong mindset well beyond this year.
