Founded in 1996 by Dr. Thomas A. Hagerty, The Mid Hudson Plastic Surgery Center’s mission is to deliver excellence in Plastic Surgery care in the Hudson Valley.

In order to keep in touch with his peers and mentors in plastic and reconstructive surgery, Dr. Hagerty maintains active membership in the following organizations:

Dr. Hagerty was awarded several research grants in aesthetic plastic surgery. He has authored publications in cosmetic surgery, breast surgery, endoscopic surgery, and wound healing. Dr. Hagerty grew up in the Hudson Valley area. He, his wife and children make their home here. In his free time, Dr. Hagerty enjoys running, swimming, and biking.

The ideal patient for breast augmentation is small breasted to start with. A small breast implies a small “skin envelope” surrounding the breast, which results in a more firm and shapely breast following the procedure.
