If you or a member of your family is suffering from a minor illness or minor injury and need care but cannot get an immediate appointment with your family physician or pediatrician, come to ExacCare. Our clinic is operated by quality medical professionals. When you visit ExacCare, yo

u can be confident that you are getting the highest level of care. If you are dealing with a health concern that is a non-emergency but needs immediate attention, come to ExacCare. We are open with extended hours through the work week and see patients on both Saturday and Sunday. Appointments are optional. Drop-in with ear aches, flu-like symptoms, pink eye, minor wounds, poison ivy, etc. Walk-in physicals, lab tests, screenings, and health condition monitoring are also available.

If you’ve visited ExacCare, chances are you’ve already met Misty, our friendly and hard-working Office Manager! She’s been with us for 8 years, starting as a Medical Assistant and working her way up to management with determination and heart. ❤️

Misty completed her MA training at ROSS and has been a Registered Medical Assistant ever since. Her leadership, organization, and welcoming attitude help make every patient experience smooth and stress-free.

Outside the clinic, Misty loves gardening, spending time with her husband, son, and niece, and keeping up with her playful goldendoodle, Ivy! 🌸🐕‍🦺

We’re lucky to have her leading our Kingston office — and we know you’ll love her too!

Hi everyone, I’m Heather! My journey began right here in the heart of Crossville, TN. After graduating from CCHS, I pursued my passion for nursing, earning a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Cumberland University in Lebanon. With 24 years of experience in emergency and critical care nursing, including 14 years as a flight nurse in Tennessee and South-Central Kentucky, I’ve seen it all!

Driven by ambition, I earned a master’s degree and became a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner during my airborne years. My love for my hometown brought me back to Crossville, where I now thrive in my suite inside West Mane Beauty. Here, I combine my medical expertise with a passion for aesthetics, holding certifications in Neurotoxins, Dermal Fillers, SkinPen Microneedling, PRP therapy, weight loss management, dermatology procedures, and ZO Skin Care.
