MAHV would like to Welcome Gianna V***a, Board Certified Physician Assistant!!

Gianna V***a, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant who earned her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York. During her training, she completed over 1,600 hours of clinical rotations across many specialties. Through these experiences, Gianna
developed a strong passion for family medicine and providing comprehensive, community-focused care. She values building long-term relationships with patients and supporting them in the management of their overall health and wellness.

Prior to becoming a Physician Assistant, Gianna worked in primary care as a medical assistant for over two years and served as an EMT, experiences that strengthened her clinical skills and patient-centered approach. A Rhode Island native, Gianna earned her Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Rhode Island. She is also a Technical Sergeant in the Rhode Island Air National Guard, where she has served for more than ten years. In this role, she serves as a Tactical Combat Casualty Care instructor and specializes in cyberwarfare. She is currently in the process of commissioning as a Physician Assistant medical officer.

Outside of clinical practice, Gianna enjoys cooking with family and friends, reading, hiking, and spending time at the beach.

It is with profound sadness we send notification of our Nurse Practitioner, Alan Glickman's passing yesterday.

Alan was a kind, sweet and gentle soul...always passing around candy, telling jokes and caring for others.

Our deepest condolences are with his family during this difficult time.

Rest in peace Alan, you will be missed greatly!

If you feel that a call is coming from a dishonest place please do not give any personal information out and hang up. If you have doubts about who the caller was you can simply call or text our office line, (845) 338-7140 and ask if you were recently contacted by a staff member. Please be mindful and safe when dealing with others over the phone!
