A Day's Food I am a mom, public school educator and Cornell University certified plant-based nutritionist. Inflation has caused us to rethink our daily food regimen.

Given how busy our lives are, it can be difficult to find the time to shop, cook and eat healthy. The goal here is to offer nutrition coaching and recipes that focus on healthy immune function while adhering to a budget. I want to help you provide meals that will nourish your family and not break the bank! We're in this together!

A couple weeks ago, I was stung, repeatedly, by a wasp as I was walking into school. All I could think of was this beautiful crop of lemon balm in my garden and how I’d love to run home! Not many people are aware of the first-aid properties and benefits of lemon balm. Besides being deeply relaxing, it can soothe the stings and bites of Summertime. It can also be used to fight viral infections. If you’re interested in learning more about lemon balm and other herbal or If you’d like to discuss a nutrition or healing plan, pls reach out.
