We offer Health and Life Coaching, Workplace Well-Being, Lunar Gatherings, online classes, remote healing and at-home offerings like Sound Healing, Reiki, Meditation and Yoga. Anahata (अनाहत) is the heart chakra and it symbolizes love, empathy, selflessness and devotion. Its power and magnitude inspires us to love, be compassionate, altruistic and to accept divine actions. In Anahata one makes decisions (“follows one’s heart”) based on one’s higher self, not the unfulfilled emotions and desires of lower nature. It manifests in compassion which has the power to heal ourselves and others. Through our practices we connect with our Anahata and learn to act from its wisdom so that all we create and manifest in our life is divine.

feeling a little pre Spring cleaning vibe to get out all that we’re accumulating and holding from the world around us. what you can expect is a safe space to release, really anything, but I’m specifically welcoming rage into the experience so that folks can go all in if they choose. we’ll be doing some breathing, pounding, punching, shaking and dancing to loosen things up and let them go if they’re ready. then you’ll be invited to sink deeply into the sound bath to relax, repair and merge with the heart field, the place from which all thought and action are divinely aligned. you can expect about 15-20 minutes of release and 45 minutes of relax. a little spring cleaning of the self if you will as we enter this new season of rebirth and creativity. it is happening at the Sound Temple here in Olivebridge at 3pm on March 8th. do let me know if you plan to come as there is still a chance of Winter weather here in the HV so I’ll keep folks informed if Mother Nature weighs in with other plans for that day. it’s a suggested exchange of $20-$30, but any amount is appreciated.
