We’re excited to announce that Cass Regional now offers TelePsych services at our Pleasant Hill Medical Clinic!

Appointments are available on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays beginning October 1, and you can make an appointment by calling Pleasant Hill Medical Clinic at (816) 540-2111.

TelePsych services will be led by Dr. Lauro Amezcua-Patino, a board-certified psychiatrist with decades of clinical and leadership experience in mental health care. Dr. Amezcua-Patino is known for his dedication to advancing psychiatric treatment and improving patient outcomes. This new service makes it easier than ever to access compassionate, professional mental health care — close to home.

As we continue to celebrate National Wellness Month, we're shining a light on the family medical clinics that help keep our communities strong and healthy—like Kingsville Medical Clinic.

With two dedicated nurse practitioners and the oversight of Dr. Davis, who provides support a half-day every other week, Kingsville Medical Clinic offers personalized, accessible care to around 400 patients each month. The clinic’s small but mighty team of seven—including providers and support staff—works closely together to ensure patients feel heard, cared for, and supported at every visit.

Today we celebrated the grand reopening of Kingsville Medical Clinic! Kingsville recently welcomed another provider, Brandin Campbell, FNP-C, to their team, and have remodeled to have six patient care rooms.

Members of the community, local chamber of commerce and the Rural Health Care Foundation of Western Johnson County gathered for the ribbing cutting.
