We loved opening our doors to the community during our recent Coffee Hour at Lone Star Ranch Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center! This special time allowed neighbors, families, and friends to stop by, enjoy a warm cup of coffee, delicious pastries, tour our facility, and learn more about the services we proudly offer.

Our goal was simple, to show that we are not the “old nursing home” people often imagine. Lone Star Ranch is a modern, refreshed skilled nursing and rehabilitation community built on compassion, dignity, and genuine care. From our welcoming environment to our dedicated staff, everything we do is centered on supporting our residents and helping them thrive.

Coffee Hour gave us the opportunity to have real conversations, answer questions, and showcase what truly sets us apart:

At Lone Star Ranch Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, our compassion and love for our residents doesn’t stop when they walk out our doors, it stays with them long after their journey with us.

You may recognize Margarita from our page. Her smile and determination have touched so many hearts, and today we’re proud to share her success story. Through hard work, encouragement, and the dedication of our incredible nursing and therapy teams, Margarita made remarkable progress during her stay with us. Step by step, she regained her strength, confidence, and independence. And that’s what it’s all about.

Stories like Margarita’s remind us why we do what we do. Seeing our residents return to doing the things they love and living life more independently is the greatest reward we could ask for.

🎉 Lotería Fun & Gratitude All Around! 🎉

Our residents had an absolutely wonderful time playing Lotería, beautifully hosted by our amazing Activity Director! The room was filled with laughter, smiles, and friendly competition as everyone enjoyed this classic game that brings joy and connection to all. 🃏💃

A special shoutout to our incredible Director of Nursing (DON) for always supporting meaningful moments like these that enrich the lives of our residents. Your dedication does not go unnoticed!

We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Caring Hands Ministry for their generosity in donating such fabulous prizes. Your kindness and continued support truly made this event extra special and brought so much happiness to our residents. 🎁💖

🎉 New Year’s Celebration at Lone Star Ranch Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center 🎉

What a heartwarming way to ring in the New Year at Lone Star Ranch! 💫 Our residents came together to share their beautiful resolutions for the year ahead, each one filled with hope, love, and a deep sense of gratitude. ✨

We were all moved by the touching speeches, as our residents spoke from the heart, reflecting on the year past and the bright possibilities of 2026. 💬 Their words were a beautiful reminder of the strength and resilience that defines our community here at Lone Star Ranch. 🧡

Of course, we couldn’t let the night pass without enjoying some delicious refreshments and snacks—everyone indulged in treats and shared some great laughs. 🍪🥤

And of course our New Year countdown was a blast!!! The excitement was contagious as we celebrated the arrival of the New Year together, creating memories that will last a lifetime. 🕛🎆

🎅📸 What an Incredible Day at Lone Star Ranch!

We are beyond excited about our Pictures with Santa event, the photos came out absolutely amazing! A huge thank you to J. Diamond Photography for capturing such beautiful moments and taking the most incredible pictures of our community members and residents. These memories will truly be cherished.

We would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Marshal, Joe Martinez, and his wonderful staff for coming out and supporting Lone Star Ranch Rehabilitation, and Healthcare Center. Marshal Joe was a fantastic Santa Claus, bringing joy, laughter, and the most amazing backdrop that made the day even more magical for everyone involved.

Your continued support means the world to us, and we are so grateful for each and every one of you who helped make this event such a success. And of course, a special shout-out to theLittle Dingers who came out yesterday and put the biggest smiles on our residents’ faces! Moments like these truly warm our hearts.

🙏🏼Day seven of the nine-day devotion. 🙏🏼

St. Martin of Tours Catholic Church was beautifully hosted today at Lone Star Ranch Rehab, Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center.

We were truly blessed to open our doors and welcome everyone for a meaningful time of prayer, reflection, and fellowship. Moments like these strengthen our faith, bring comfort to our residents, and remind us of the importance of community and spiritual care.

Thank you to Saint Martin of Tours Catholic Church and all who joined us today. We are honored to be a part of this special devotion and grateful for the continued prayers and support.
