is to provide high quality, efficient, and effective health care and health provider services in the residence in order to promote wellness, dignity, mobility, and independence for individuals in our agency service area.

* Our office is open from 9am-4pm Monday-Friday, Our nurses are available 24/7*

Our Agency's resources promote the respect for each individual with particular attention to those with special needs. Providers Services consist of: Bathing, Dressing, Exercising, Grooming, Routine Hair/Skin Care, Toileting, Transfer/Ambulation, Cleaning, Laundry, Meal Prep, Escort, Shopping and Assistance with self Meds. Angels of God Home Health Provides:

Skilled Nurses (RN, LVN,CNA & Nurse Aide)
Speech Therapy
Personal Assistant (Attendant)
Psychiatric Nursing
Physical Therapy
Pediatric Providers
Complex Medical Care

Personal Care Services
Experienced Nurse Care

Who refers the individual? Anyone: a family member, a friend, a neighbor even the individual wanting the service can refer himself/herself. Mary McIlwain (Administrator) and Staff are thankful for the opportunity of serving the community and we look forward to many more years to come.
