The funeral of one of Kingsville’s finest first responders and member of the KPD, is being held today at Saint Gertrude’s Catholic Church. In anticipation of a high number of people in attendance, the city of Kingsville has blocked the street in front of the church. You can still access our office from 14th street and surrounding side streets, but please avoid utilizing 6th Street and the area in front of the church. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Our sincerest condolences go out to the family of Mr. Moises Castillo. ❤️

The City of Kingsville Street Dept will begin Seal Coating E Caesar Ave between S 14th St and S 13th St in the morning, November 19th, 2025 at 7:30 am.
Sections of E Caesar Ave between S 14th St and S 13th St will be closed during the day, while seal coating is taking place. Signs and barricades will be in place.
