1) Listen and be patient - Let them express their feelings and thoughts without judgment.

Living with anxiety can be challenging and overwhelming. It often involves persistent, excessive worry and fear about everyday situations. Anxiety can also cause emotional symptoms such as irritability, feelings of hopelessness, and a general sense of unease. Cognitive symptoms, such as negative thoughts and difficulty concentrating can interfere with daily activities, relationships, and overall quality of life.
