Use cellphones, tablets or iPads to help connect when you can not be physically present.
2. Create a Routine That Works for Everyone
A morning check in? Evening recap? A weekend visit? All helpful to keep engaged stable schedule.
3. Make Visits Engaging and Enjoyable
Work on puzzles, bring favorite snacks, revisit photo albums.
4. Watch for Subtle Changes in Behavior
Changes in sleeping habits, memory loss, irritation, appearance cleanliness or changes in the home, mood shifts.
