Realistic caseloads with 85% capacity expectations; One-hour evaluations, follow-up patients are scheduled every 30 minutes.

Clinical freedom and trust to determine scheduling and treatment approach based on patients’ “big picture” and therapists’ “real life.” We allow schedule flexibility so you can breathe.
Competitive base pay + pay-for-performance incentives (no income cap).
20 paid days off initially (6 holidays and 14 vacation days), increases with tenure.
