Join us tomorrow at 10am for a Group Yoga Class via Zoom!
This 60-minute class is thoughtfully planned and sequenced, consisting of standing poses, floor work, seated poses, yoga breath work, and guided meditation. It is designed to target the entire body, alleviating aches and pains, releasing stress, and improving both physical and mental strength and flexibility. Yoga props are introduced, and modifications are offered to make each pose accessible to your individual needs. You can practice with a community of other yogis from the comfort of your own home. This class is donation-based, with a minimum donation of $10.
