Statement to Community and Families

We have never closed our funeral establishment.

In 2022, we SURVIVED, a fire in our building on 5th Street. We had a major shift in maintaining operations.
We continued to serve and our establishment licenses were renewed for 2023. Determined to serve any family that called on us for any service requested, either burial, cremation or memorial. We continued to serve and our establishment licenses were renewed 2024.

We are so grateful for the outpouring of love, encouragement and support shown to us to continue to serve our community.
We are grateful for the support from the numerous families we have served to continue to provide excellence in funeral service.
We are also grateful for ALL the support of colleagues in funeral service.
We are continuing to serve.
Establishment license renewed for 2025.

SINCE 1921, We are still continuing the tradition of excellence in serving families, in Greenville and all of the surrounding areas in Eastern North Carolina.

Davis Sr. aka "Big Red" and "Big C", who was called from labor to reward, on August 16, 2025, at ECU Heath Medical Center, on his 45th Wedding Anniversary.
