Eligibility:
- Veterans must have served on active duty other than for training purposes
- Be discharged under honorable conditions (DD-214)
- Be an NC resident for 24 months prior to date of application
- Meet clinical requirements for skilled nursing care.
- Accepts Medicare and Medicaid and other forms of Insurance (private pay)
