Many whole-grain foods are WIC-approved and can be a star ingredient in a nutritious meal or snack! By adding whole-grain foods to our diets, we can lower our risk of high cholesterol and heart disease. 🫀 There are so many different kinds of whole grain foods and ways we can incorporate new foods into our diets.

September is National Su***de Prevention Awareness Month. We encourage you to join us in support. We have created a memory lane and vigil for those lost to su***de. If you have a loved one that you would like to recognize, please stop by our health department and lift that name up by adding them to our banner, located at the entrance of our building.

We will also support by wearing purple on September 10th to increase awareness. Please join us and share with others.
