It’s time for “Wednesdays Behind the Counter”

Each Wednesday we will be introducing you to our employees here at Kinston Clinic and Dempsey’s Drugs! 🥼💙 You may see some familiar faces - and some new! We appreciate each of our staff members and we couldn’t do it without them! Be on the lookout each week for the faces that are behind making sure all of your medication is filled, counted, checked, and delivered with ease and satisfaction! 💊

This week we’re introducing another one of our pharmacy technicians, Reagan Stocks!

Q: How long have you worked for Dempsey’s Drugs and Kinston Clinic?
A: 6 1/2 years!

Q: What inspired you to become a pharmacy technician?
A: I started my career out as a CNA at a nursing home and found the medication component of the job interesting so, I decided to switch my career over to pharmacy tech. I enjoy helping people and having an impact on their days.

Q: What is your favorite part about working for Kinston Clinic and Dempsey’s Drugs?
A: I love how everyone feels like family from our customers to coworkers. They definitely make the days brighter!

Q: What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
A: In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family (my husband and my 2 boys and soon to be little girl!), reading, and being a homebody!

Q: How long have you worked for Dempsey’s Drugs and Kinston Clinic?
A: This month makes one year of working at Kinston Clinic!

Q: What is your favorite part about working for Kinston Clinic and Dempsey’s Drugs?
A: My favorite part of working for Kinston Clinic and Dempsey’s Drugs is my co-workers. It really feels like a true family and you can tell that everyone loves what they are doing!

Q: What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
A: I enjoy hanging out with my family, shopping, and just relaxing!

A: I have worked at Kinston Clinic and Dempsey’s Drugs for 3 years!

Q: What inspired you to become a pharmacy technician?
A: I wanted to be able to help others manage their medication needs!

Q: What is your favorite part about working for Kinston Clinic and Dempsey’s Drugs?
A: My favorite part about working for Kinston Clinic and Dempsey’s Drugs is being able to provide quality care to our customers and being part of a “Pharmily” ❤️

Q: How long have you worked for Dempsey’s Drugs and Kinston Clinic?
A: I have worked here for 8 years this July!

Q: What inspired you to become a pharmacy technician?
A: I started working at a pharmacy in high school, and I never looked at another career path. It’s what I have always loved doing!

Q: What is your favorite part about working for Kinston Clinic and Dempsey’s Drugs?
A: I love the pharmacy atmosphere, we all look out for each other and we truly are a family❤️

Q: What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
A: In my free time I am spending all the time I can with my beautiful babies and husband, along with family and friends!

Q: How long have you worked for Dempsey’s Drugs and Kinston Clinic?
A: I’ve worked at Dempsey’s Drugs for a little over a year!

Q: What is your favorite part about working for Kinston Clinic and Dempsey’s Drugs?
A: My favorite part of working at Dempsey’s Drugs is the coworkers and customers! I enjoy talking with the customers and taking the time to make their days a little bit better! As well, I enjoy the relationships I’ve made with my coworkers! I love talking with them, laughing, and having a great time every day at the pharmacy.

Q: What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
A: I like to play pickleball with my friends, spend time with my family, and to go out with my girlfriend!

This week we’re introducing another one of our wonderful pharmacists, LaRue Grady!

Q: How long have you worked for Kinston Clinic and Dempsey’s Drugs?
A: I have worked as a part- time relief pharmacist for Kinston Clinic/ Dempsey’s Drugs for 15 years.

Q: What inspired you to become a pharmacist?
A: I come from a family line of pharmacists and I am 4th generation!

Q: What is your favorite part about working for Kinston Clinic and Dempsey’s Drugs?
A: Coming to work each day, knowing I am a trusted part of the customers healthcare is very rewarding as well as the interactions with my coworkers . Everybody deserves a smile to start their day!

Q: What do you enjoy doing in your free time?
A: In my free time, I love to travel with friends, go to the beach with family, and spoil my grandson!
