Over many years of working with people in their physical body, to gain strength, flexibility, and general overall better health. The mental body plays a role in the outcome of the stated goals. The mental body can fluctuate with stress, fatigue, illness, crisis. As we move through life we can experience life changes in work, family, relationships, school, love, loss and more.
My love of teaching movement has focused steady on a Yoga practice offering many styles of yoga to meet the needs in our society. Meditation is a learning process with the intent to clear the mind of the many monkeys of thought. I create Guided meditation for stress reduction and healing.
As a Reiki master and student of shamanism I offer healing sessions. These sessions can be remote as well as in person.
As a Life coach I guide you through a process identifying your true self, and help you create a plan to move forward with an intent to manifest all you were created to be and do.
