Miso is a super food. It has enzymes, electrolytes and probiotics. It’s alkalizing and soup is one of the great healing foods of all cultures. I eat soup for breakfast, lunch and dinner. One of my favorite breakfasts is vegetable porridge, made with organic steel cut oats or organic short grain brown rice, cooked into a vegetable soup with miso and scallions to garnish. There’s so many variations on this theme whether you’re an omnivore or a vegan. Eat healthy. It is the beginning and maintenance of all health.
