Cosmetic family practice! We see kids to adults! Highland Dental Center has 3 convenient locations, Renton, Kirkland, and Edmonds.

We provide all sorts of care, whether it be a cleaning and exam or teeth whitening all the way up to root canals, crowns, extractions, and even implants and invisalign. Our friendly and knowledgeable staff will do their best to make your visit as comfortable as possible. We are a cosmetic and family dental practice. We are accepting new patients so call us and make an appointment today!

Delicious Oatmeal Almond Pancakes
One of favorite pastimes is taking traditionally unhealthy recipes and turning them into flavorful and healthy recipes that the whole family can enjoy.
Super easy and quick to make, they are the perfect filling breakfast. These are gluten free and can be made egg free/vegan to accommodate different dietary needs.
Bonus points: This recipe is kid tested and approved. My 3 year old absolutely adores these.

Delicious Oatmeal Almond Pancakes
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 1/2 cups rolled oats (use gluten free if needed)
1 cup almond flour
1 egg (or substitute 1 flax egg)
3/4 cup milk (or substitute favorite milk alternative)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Optional add ins: stir in chopped apple, walnuts, pecans, blueberries
Pour onto a greased skillet or frying pan (grease with butter or coconut oil). Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes each side.
Top with lots of fresh fruit, and/or a small amount of honey or maple syrup
Makes approximately 8 pancakes

I wanted to take this opportunity to personally thank you for trusting our team at Highland Dental Center each and everyday, to take care of you and your families dental needs.

We hope that this letter finds you and your family members in good health. I know many of you have had challenging moments in this past year, and our thoughts are with you for your continued health and well being during this current coronavirus outbreak.
You are part of our family and community, and as a member of this community, we hope to face this unprecedented challenge to curb the spread of COVID-19 with grace and compassion for all.

On March 19, 2020, Governor Jay Inslee issued a proclamation ordering all dental offices to suspend all dental treatment in an effort to ensure that hospitals have access to critical personal protective equipment (masks, gloves, etc) as our country is facing a critical shortage during the coronavirus pandemic.

Therefore in compliance and cooperation with our state and our communities, our offices will be closed until May 18 (at this time).

We sincerely apologize to those who are currently undergoing treatment, that we will have to postpone all appointments. Governor Inslee and the State of WA have limited treatment to only those patients who have dental emergencies (defined as severe pain or infection).

Anyone who has a dental emergency may reach us at our emergency phone lines. We will also be checking emails and voicemails periodically if you have any other concerns that you need addressed.

Thank you again for your understanding and cooperation. We will miss seeing all the beautiful and friendly smiles, all the laughs and the conversations.
