Did this fun case today to repair a poorly restored lateral incisor with chairside composite veneer. Patient was happy with the result.

Took about 2 years to complete this case. Another multi disciplinary approach with periodontal and orthodontic colleagues. It all started in December 2018 when patient broke his upper left lateral incisor. Huge improvement from previous occlusion and esthetics. And most importantly, patient is loving his new teeth.

Single unit porcelain veneer case. Patient fractured existing porcelain veneer on the upper left central incisor. New veneer was seated this morning.

A multi disciplinary approach for this case. Patients presented with failing bone graft at the lower anterior area, and was extremely unhappy with the temporary flipper, due to poor esthetic. After many hours of consult and diagnostics, I teamed up with specialist colleagues to treat this case. Periodontist removed necrotic bone then bone grafted the area, orthodontist to make room and realigned the lower teeth, implant surgery and final restorative phase, took about 18 months to complete. I am pretty satisfied with the outcome, and patient is very happy that she has her smile back, just in time for the holiday.
