This is a 70 year old gentleman who presented with a left nasal mass. This had steadily enlarged over the last several years. The diagnosis of rhinophyma was confirmed with a biopsy, and he underwent mass excision and nasal recontouring to preserve the left alar anatomy.

With excellent wound care, the 3x3 cm defect healed in less than 3 weeks. The patient is shown 2 months from surgery and the scar tissue will continue to soften and blend with the native skin. He is excited to not be wearing a mask in public!

⬆️ Early post-op result!

This is a 66 year old female who desired to improve the appearance of her lower face and neck. She is shown here just 2 weeks from face and neck lift, upper lip lift, and CO2 laser resurfacing to the perioral region.

This is a 60 year old female who had breast implant removal and bilateral mastopexy performed 3 months ago.

Her implants (saline, prepectoral, 250 cc) were placed over 30 years ago (!) and she simply wanted to be a smaller size with a more natural breast shape.

Saline implants can also be deflated in the office - for symmetry in the event of a rupture on one side, to get an idea about if a lift is desired, or to have the skin contract and reduce the extent of surgery if a lift is indicated.

❎Implant exchange and lift❎

This is a wonderful 31 year old patient who is 3 months from breast implant exchange, conversion to a subpectoral pocket, and vertical mastopexies.

She presented with capsular contracture (worse on the left side, causing firmness and pain), widening of the ar**la (difficult to appreciate with covering them on social media!), and ptosis of the ni***es. Her goal was to restore a natural breast shape and maintain a similar volume. Her previous implants were placed above the muscle, and to treat her capsular contracture, the new implants were placed under the muscle.

Implants: Allergan, silicone gel, full profile
Volumes: 325 cc
Position: Subpectoral (under the muscle)
Incision: Via vertical mastopexy
