She was perfectly happy with her breast volume, but desired to have subtle improvement in the upper pole contour. This is a 70 year old gentleman who presented with a left nasal mass. This had steadily enlarged over the last several years. The diagnosis of rhinophyma was confirmed with a biopsy, and he underwent mass excision and nasal recontouring to preserve the left alar anatomy.

With excellent wound care, the 3x3 cm defect healed in less than 3 weeks. The patient is shown 2 months from surgery and the scar tissue will continue to soften and blend with the native skin. He is excited to not be wearing a mask in public!

This is a 66 year old female who desired to improve the appearance of her lower face and neck. She is shown here just 2 weeks from face and neck lift, upper lip lift, and CO2 laser resurfacing to the perioral region.
