✨ A facelift procedure should enhance, not overpower. This is a beautiful 53 year old patient who desired to improve the contour of the jawline, especially at the region of the jowls in the lower face, and soften the nasolabial folds of the midface.

🔬Lasers are in season!

IPL (intense pulsed light) targets redness, sun damage, and pigmentation.

ResurFX is a non-ablative laser (unlike the fractional CO2!) that stimulates collagen to improve texture and fine lines.

We are loving our new Lutronic eCO2 3D laser - this device is used for skin resurfacing, precisely treating fine wrinkles, acne scars, pigmentation, and skin laxity while stimulating your body’s own collagen with the healing process.

There are many different types of lasers. For skin resurfacing, nothing beats a fractional CO2 laser. This is typically done in the operating room (or in combination with other procedures) for patient comfort. Bigger treatment, bigger reward.

⬆️ Breast lift! This is a 43 year old female who was bothered by breast ptosis and widened areolas after pregnancy. She was perfectly happy with her breast volume, but desired to have subtle improvement in the upper pole contour. She is shown 4 months from a breast lift (mastopexy) with fat transfer to the upper portion of the breasts.

Grateful to have been a part of the Motiva masterclass session in Louisville - part of what makes plastic surgery exciting is the new technology, science, and techniques that emerge over time. 🏆 This is a beautiful 52 year old female who desired to have smaller, more lifted breasts and reduce the size of the areolas - we performed a breast reduction using a superomedial pedicle technique, which can be a great way to reshape the breast mound. She is less than 3 months from surgery and loving her result!
