Meet our CEO!

A University of Washington Alum, Rudolf Ross entered the Staffing industry in 2018 after working for a family-owned greenhouse company. As a business development intern, Rudolf quickly identified many needs for behavioral services in many school districts in Washington, Northern California, and Southern California. As a Consultant, Rudolf developed strong relationships with clientele in the bay area and Southern California.

In 2019, Rudolf was promoted to an Area Manager position, where he continued to drive growth in San Diego County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, and LA County. In the meantime, he developed countless relationships with school districts and local partners.

In 2023, Rudolf plans to expand the level of service provided to school districts and other institutions to local partners in Washington while developing a plan to expand training for service providers.
