For the past two decades, I’ve watched a growing crisis in gut health care.

Millions of individuals are trapped in a cycle of bloating, food restriction, and “failed” SIBO treatments, and told to manage symptoms instead of healing what’s beneath them.

And one thing has become clear:

SIBO isn’t the problem. It’s a symptom.

Every day, I meet people who have done “everything right.”

They’ve tried everything: the restrictive diets, antibiotics, herbals, probiotics, and the cleanses, only to relapse again and again.

Their digestion feels fragile.
Their food list keeps shrinking.
And their hope is wearing thin.

They’ve been taught to kill, kill, kill SIBO when what their gut really needs is support to heal.

My mission is to change that — and be with you every step of the way.

Share this with someone who’s been struggling with SIBO and is ready for a different approach.

So many of us fall into the routine of work, home, eat, sleep, repeat, without carving out time for activities that truly nourish our well-being.

And if you’re dealing with chronic Gl symptoms, even eating isn’t enjoyable because it often triggers discomfort. Then you become hyper-focused on your symptoms, turning into detectives trying to solve your own health puzzle, which can actually increase stress and worsen mood imbalances.

When you’re working on stress management, don’t forget to make time for activities you genuinely enjoy.

Reconnecting with what makes you feel fulfilled can be just as healing as any supplement or dietary change.

You’re not broken - you’re inflamed and misunderstood.

You need a plan - and a practitioner that actually listens.

“What if I never get better?”
“Is it my fault this isn’t working?”
“Why can’t anyone figure this out?”

If you’ve asked yourself these questions before, you’re not alone.

And yes, you CAN get better.

It’s NOT your fault.

The right practitioner WILL validate you and give you real answers.

So you can trust your body again.

After we shift your body into a healing state and create the internal safety needed for repair, it’s time to clear.

This phase of the Gut Terrain Reset Protocol focuses on getting waste out of the body gently and regularly.

Signs you might need this phase are:
⚡️Constipation or incomplete bowel movements
⚡️Puffy face, swollen fingers, or abdominal heaviness
⚡️Feeling worse after taking binders, herbs, or antifungals
⚡️Strong reactions to heat, alcohol, or intense exercise
⚡️Waking between 1–3 a.m. (classic liver congestion)

When you complete this phase, you may notice subtle changes — better sleep, less puffiness, more
consistent bowel movements.

That’s terrain shifting in real time.

l’ve been in practice for 20 years and l’ve been treating mold illness for the past 7 years.

4 years ago I went through mold illness myself.

l immediately created a three-person medical team to help me treat mold. If I didn’t, I would have been wasting my time, my health and my money.

If I was treating myself and felt worse - I would likely change up the protocol or stop it altogether based on a chat discussion, blog post or summit, instead of checking in with my team for guidance.

Symptoms like chronic bloating, IBS, SIBO, abdominal pain, and diarrhea and constipation can be uncomfortable and frustrating to deal with.

But the truth is, when we’re experiencing these symptoms, it’s really hard to be objective and see clearly what we should do.

Trying to self-diagnose and treat functional gut symptoms can be dangerous because you don’t have the necessary knowledge to properly address the underlying issue (no matter how much you research).

These symptoms can have many different causes, and it can be difficult to determine the root cause without the help of a healthcare provider.

Don’t be afraid to ask for help - healing is possible and the right team can help you achieve it.❤️‍🩹

That’s where I come in.

My Gut Terrain Reset Protocol is the missing step between knowing something is wrong… and knowing what to do next.

It’s what I teach in my clinical practice when someone comes to me after doing recurrent treatments with little to no improvements.

This protocol gives you the tools to:
🧠Calm inflammation before you provoke it
🧠Strengthen digestive and immune defenses
🧠Prepare your body for effective cleansing (if needed)
🧠Build resilience in your gut — even if you’ve had chronic symptoms for years

You’ll also learn the signs that your terrain is off, how to track improvements, and what to do when you’re ready to go deeper.

This is the foundation. Whether you’re prepping for a parasite protocol, recovering from burnout, or simply want to feel clear and energized again — you start here.

My mission? 👇🏼

To shift the conversation around SIBO from symptom suppression to root cause resolution.

To help people move beyond cyclical antibiotic protocols by identifying the true drivers of dysbiosis — from vagus nerve dysfunction to environmental toxic load — and guide them toward sustainable, whole-body healing.

Because SIBO isn’t overgrown bacteria — it’s a stagnant system.

While the mainstream approach leans on repeat rounds of antibiotics and symptom-chasing, I guide patients to stabilize symptoms while investigating and healing the systems that allowed SIBO to flourish in the first place.

💬Comment and let me know how your experience with treating SIBO has been — and what questions you have about root cause healing 👇🏼

if any of this feels familiar — the fatigue, the bloating, the long list of supplements you’ve tried — I have something practical to get you started on the path to healing.

👉🏼The Gut Terrain Reset Guide.

It’s a short, targeted guide with:

✅The top signs of terrain dysfunction

✅My go-to support strategies

✅And a sample 5-day reset to gently start improving bile flow, digestion, and motility

It’s FREE and you can use it before you test or treat and has the actual steps to start rebuilding.

It’s not a cleanse or protocol.
It’s what you do before that.

And it’s what makes the cleanse actually work.
