Pet peeve of mine. "That's just how I am" is often such a cop out. There's acceptance that's healthy and then there's unwillingness and lack of introspection; it's the latter that bothers me. The flip side, though, is that I love spending time with people who care about personal growth and learning!!

This essential to healing. Learn to feel my feelings has been and remains to be, one of my greatest challenges. Yet when I do it, show up for it, I am showing up for all of me. Harmony comes. There is peace and joy. So much joy.

I believe that we all have an authentic self and we often need to retrieve this authentic self to feel true joy and satisfaction in our daily lives. Check out the article and I would love to hear any feedback!
