The Art and Craft of Herbalism
There are many types of herbalists, but I am passionate about the ‘maker’ aspect of herbalism. My favorite days are ones spent with oily hands, working with dried herbs and essential oils, and being part of the process where nature becomes medicine as well as bath and beauty products. I am excited to share this passion through online courses as well as real life classes, and on my blog which focuses not only on herbs but on natural health, foods, and products. I’m part of natural media company’s blogger co-op, so I get to share some of the newest products and information out there. We have so much power to create our own health, and herbs are a beautiful part of our natural heritage and birthright.
