We are a community brought together through the ancient art of yoga. Our goal is to inspire each student by cultivating their awareness of body, mind and soul. We believe an environment that celebrates diversity while respecting individuality. It is our commitment to provide each student a pleasant and transformative experience in an environment that fosters healing and creates balance in our otherwise busy lives. Be One Yoga Instructors are passionate and dedicated to maintaining the highest level of personal practice and study. What is a chakra? How do these energy centers shape our connection to mind, body, and spirit?

Join this 10-week Women’s Circle to explore the wisdom of the chakras through meditation, journaling, sharing, and yoga practices.

Together, we’ll deepen our awareness, nurture balance, and strengthen community.

Learn about the Chakra System- What is a chakra? How can you experience their effects?

Explore your inner Chakra wisdom and apply your learning to healing & modern living.

Bring your mind, body and spirit into alignment applying symbolism and attuning to your chakra system

Use the chakra system to identify areas of balance and imbalance. Utilitlize yogic tools for harmony.

GUIDELINES:

🌟 In order for all participants feel safe, respected, and heard, participants agree to keep confidence, practice listening with non-judgement, and respect different viewpoints.

Jo Parsons will guide a gentle Yoga Nidra, inviting you into that in-between state where effort fades and awareness stays.

I will follow with a sound bath—bowls, tones, and vibrations that help the nervous system unwind and settle.
