Voicing your needs is an act of humility. Research shows that expressing your needs strengthens connection and trust in relationships. Sharing what you need isn’t a sign of weakness — it’s an act of humility that reminds us we’re wired for connection, not self-sufficiency. We all have needs, and acknowledging them is part of being human.
Practice with someone you trust, or ask them to walk through this alongside you, with grace and humility.
