Recovering from a knee replacement? 🦵 Knowing which exercises to avoid is just as important as doing the right ones. High-impact activities like running, jumping, and contact sports can put your new knee at risk. Even movements like kneeling or stairs may need caution in the early stages.

💡 Focus on low-impact exercises like swimming, cycling, or gentle stretching and always follow your surgeon or physical therapist’s guidance to protect your knee and speed up recovery.
