Do you ever feel stuck in certain patterns or behaviors that don't serve you? I know I have. The good thing is there's a way out!

Here are some tips to understand yourself more and break free from old beliefs:

1️⃣ Identify a challenge that's impacting your life in a negative way. Maybe it's self-criticism or anxiety.

2️⃣ Practice meditation, physical movement, and mindfulness to quiet your mind and connect with your body.

3️⃣ Ask yourself the hard questions. When did this pattern first emerge? What beliefs did it create? How does it impact you now?

4️⃣ Empower yourself to create new beliefs. Write down a positive statement, like "I am learning to love myself more every day," and repeat it throughout the day to shift your cellular memory.

Remember, you have the power to change your beliefs and live a more fulfilling life. πŸ’œ

Embracing vulnerability may seem scary, but it can lead to a happier and more empowered life.

Here are some tips to help you feel safe being seen:

Practice with yourself first: Journal your deepest feelings and emotions. Let yourself cry, scream, or laugh. Being authentic with yourself creates self-awareness that will help you share with others.

Discern who's safe to open up to: Make a list of people you feel close to. Ask yourself if they are self-aware, able to regulate their feelings, positive, compassionate, empathetic, and trustworthy.

Start slow: Take baby steps into vulnerability, starting with those you feel comfortable with. Ask if they have time to hold space for your feelings and start sharing anything you feel comfortable with.

Change your self-talk: Congratulate yourself on working on vulnerability. Remind yourself that you're getting better every day.

Building a practice of vulnerability can lead to you feeling happier, more energized, and more like yourself every day. Trust in yourself and those around you to hold space for your emotions.
