We would like to share some important news regarding our ongoing commitment to providing care and services to our residents at The Pines and our community.

We have transitioned to a life plan model of senior living. This new model involves the conversion of our current neighborhoods into level-of-care neighborhoods, each designed to meet the unique needs of our residents. There are three distinct levels of care neighborhoods. This transition is a part of our continued efforts to ensure that our residents receive the appropriate level of care in the most suitable environment as their needs evolve.

With this transition completed, we currently have a few beds available in one of the long-term care neighborhoods. If you, or a loved one is in need of basic care assistance, or would benefit from medication management, please contact your primary care physician and request a referral packet that would include demographic information, the most recent progress note (within the last 6 weeks), and current medication list to 660-665-2328 attn: Admissions for careful consideration based on the specific needs of each individual.
