We want to lose a few pounds, drop a few inches, and get a bit stronger for one sole purpose: enjoying everyday life more fully. Whether it's personal training or a variety of group classes, at Fitness 660 you will be a part of a community that lives with a different approach to fitness. The goal is living life to

the fullest; the essential path to that goal is personal health and fitness. We want you to take that vacation, play with your children and grandchildren, and enjoy your spouse without panting obnoxiously or pulling a hamstring.
