We want to lose a few pounds, drop a few inches, and get a bit stronger for one sole purpose: enjoying everyday life more fully. Whether it's personal training or a variety of group classes, at Fitness 660 you will be a part of a community that lives with a different approach to fitness. The goal is living life to the fullest; the essential path to that goal is personal health and fitness. The Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans recommend the following as a minimum to support overall health and help prevent chronic conditions:
• At least 150 minutes of moderate intensity cardiovascular activity per week (or 75 minutes of vigorous activity)
• At least two sessions of resistance training that target all major muscle groups

When you break that down, it comes out to about 20–25 minutes a day, along with a couple strength sessions each week.
It doesn’t have to be extreme to be effective. Consistency over time is what makes the difference.
