Our last dental hygiene spotlight is Callie Althide. Callie is a dental hygiene assistant who has been with our team for a little more than 3 years. She is so kind and great at putting our patients at ease. We are all so thankful to have her.

My favorite part of being a dental hygiene assistant is getting to know all of our patients and helping to educate them about all things oral health!
One fact that I find interesting is that just like fingerprints, tooth and tongue prints are unique to each person!
My best advice for improving your oral health is to make sure you see your dentist regularly (every 6 months). This is vital in preventing tooth decay, periodontal disease, and possibly untreated infection.
Sadly, dental care can often have a bad reputation. However, modern dentistry has made both preventative treatment and restorative dentistry much easier! It’s always important to express your concerns and we will do our part to make sure you are comfortable!
