Yesterday’s Psychedelic Sunday was awesome! Folks had some “aha” moments and healing tears were sheds. We did a shamanic drum journey, chatted about breathwork, then did the 9DMT experience and made a mandala. Thanks to Dereck Daschke for all his incredible knowledge about all things sacred. These folks have taken the beginner class and are now ready for the next level. Who knows what will happen on their next Breathwork journey? Some of my clients have felt the love of God so deeply they cried, others have felt their spirit inside them and others had to focus on not leaving their body. Yes, we go deep. Yes we sometimes scream and cry and release trauma that’s been stored for years or decades. And sometimes our lives are changed profoundly in that we can love deeper, feel like we are enough, feel something greater outside of ourselves, and feel deep love and that who we are is more than enough. 4) Join my 6-week nervous system reset starting April 30 ($500). For this we meet twice a week for breathwork (virtual or in-person) and you have daily short session recordings to breathe with on your own each morning and night.
