Sometimes schedules get busy and you miss your usual class time. That’s exactly why we have our Saturday Special!

Saturday is your chance to jump in, get a great workout, & stay consistent. Every week a different trainer takes over and chooses the workout, so it’s always something new!

We also open this class up to 12 spots instead of our normal max of 8, making it a fun mix of members from different classes.
