in's ability to change and grow, I work extensively with people experiencing the effects of anxiety on their lives. We work together to forge a path for improved mood, sleep, and life quality. Having an adult child with autism, I am well aware of the challenges families face when they are impacted by spectrum disorders. I also use my experience of working in the education field to help families navigate their way in getting appropriate services for their affected children. Prior to becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor, I worked in corporate America. This gives me perspectives to share with people who are looking to enhance, or change, the direction of their careers. Most importantly, I work to help all my clients learn to recognize, and respect, their own strengths and realize their dreams and goals.
