Fun fact: I learned how to wire and frame my artwork by watching this Australian guy on YouTube. Now, every time I frame my pieces I say the steps in an Australian accent…with a side of an Alabama accent. When you work by yourself all day long, you gotta find entertainment in the weirdest ways.

In the name of art, I need your help!! We all have that bag/box of random scraps of tissue paper, yarn, fabric, and maybe a few random buttons that is just taking up space. I will gladly take that off your hands and use it towards a very exciting upcoming community art project. Please DM me if you can donate any of these items. Today’s Networking Noms group was smaller but we were able to really talk through the real-life parts of private practice; scheduling, notes, balancing clients and life, and just have open, honest conversation about it all.

There’s something special about sitting around with people who truly understand the season you’re in.

This months spot was Crave Coffee House and it was the perfect cozy spot to connect, chat, and leave feeling encouraged.

If you’re in STL and looking for community in the therapy + wellness space, this is such a good one 🤍
