Are you an active body, athlete or parent of an athlete (that spends a lot of time driving and/or sitting at practices)? Once fall sports season commences, is it hard to get on your mat? Learn a functional approach to yoga emphasizing adapting poses and movement patterns to meet the needs of those of us who are hard on our bodies and could use a quick go-to sequence when time is tight.
Join Namaste instructor Becky Meinhardt for this workshop offered on Labor Day, Monday, September 1, 2025 from 3:00-4:30pm. This 90-minute session will include 10-12 poses to improve flexibility and mobility, which in turn will help prevent injury, aid in recovery and up one’s game. We will explore the poses, adapt them to meet individual needs and top it off with a brief 10-minute flow for mental clarity and focus. All are welcome and a resource detailing the poses, adaptations and flow shared for future reference and use.
