But hereโ€™s the good news: you can reset your mind in just 3 minutes. No apps, no crystals (unless you want them ๐Ÿ˜Œ๐Ÿ”ฎ). Just you, your breath, and a quick pause.

Our Batterers Intervention Program (BIP) provides individuals with the tools, education, and support needed to break cycles of violence and build healthier relationships. ๐ŸŒฟ

Through the Batterers Intervention Program, participants will:
