We all have those days โ the ones where your brain feels like a browser with 47 tabs open and one of them is playing music you canโt find. ๐ฉ๐ถ
But hereโs the good news: you can reset your mind in just 3 minutes. No apps, no crystals (unless you want them ๐๐ฎ). Just you, your breath, and a quick pause.
๐ฟ Hereโs how:
1๏ธโฃ Breathe (1 minute) โ Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 counts, exhale through your mouth for 6. Do it 5 times. Feel your shoulders drop.
2๏ธโฃ Re-Center (1 minute) โ Ask yourself: โWhat do I need right now?โ
It might be water ๐ง, silence ๐คซ, or a stretch ๐งโโ๏ธ. Listen to your body โ itโs smarter than your thoughts.
3๏ธโฃ Re-Focus (1 minute) โ Close your eyes and visualize one word you want to feel: calm, clarity, strength, peace. Let that word anchor you.
