The order of belonging states that we all have a place in the family tree. Each and every one of us, from the unborn babies to the ones given up for adoption. The one's who have substance abuse to hide their pain, to the ones who also felt they had to hide who they truly were. We all belong.

It doesn't matter what you call it, but all families have escribe them as entanglements or disorder in layman's terms.
It doesn't matter what you call it, but all families have these disorders. It can stem from not belonging, not being valued enough, or even feeling that some people within the family system feel that you are beneath them.
When the constellation facilitator does these constellations, we uncover the root and begin the healing process. It is very powerful for both the person doing the constellation and their family lineage, both backward through their ancestry and forward through their children and those that come afterwards.

Have you ever wondered how with each generation there are patterns that keep showing up?
In the book, The Order of Love there are certain disorders that show up as patterns in the family lineage.
It can be in the form of exclusion, hierarchy, and equilibrium.
The disorder may show up in many different ways such as abandonment from parents or family members who do not want to acknowledge their child or other family members. (Order of belongings in the form of exclusion). In the next generation that child may move away from the family because they feel they have no support and teaching their children that they have no family present. It will happen again in a different form, until there is a healing that takes place. It can be a family member reaching out and welcoming them back home.

Growing up in a Caribbean home this was not taught at all. It was what my parents or my grandparents said in my case is what was expected.
I was not allowed to say that things were not fair and not right because I was a child, and children were there to obey and that was it.
When I had my children and would raise them, many of my family would criticize my parenting, because I actually listened to my children. I fueled their passions and have always been their biggest cheerleader.

I was a single mom at the age of 30 after my husband passed away and as any parent knows we are not given a manual. I was learning just as much as they were. I just allowed myself to be vulnerable around them. I listened to their reasoning and let them know that what they said mattered. That is not spoiling them. That is valuing their ideas, and loving them more for sharing.
Having honest conversations are so important. It allows space to really see who our children truly are 💗💗
