PSA = chekx for Prostate cancer
HGB A1C = check your glucose control
Bloodwork at least 2 times year.
Eye doctor 1 time a year
Foot doctor = 1 time a year for diabetic patients .
After an emergency room visit :see your P*P with in 7 days.
After hospitalization : See your P*P with in 7 days .
If insurance pays for annual physical get it scheduled soon as the year starts.
