This is a very cool and rare piece of Weight Room Archaeology that we would love to keep here in the World Famous Kissimmee Muscle 24 hour gym but we will have to pass for now meaning this amazing BodyMasters 8 station is available for your hard core old school gym. Note the non traditional preacher curl, hamstring curl and shoulder press stations alongside your typical low row, pulldown and cable crossover stations

I had access to one of these in the early 2010s when I trained briefly at Cosmos Gym in the Atlanta Suburban market. Who remembers Cosmos Gym?

Trained on the more traditional version with double low row and double pulldown back at the Gold’s Gym Springfield owned by Kent Morrison where all of the cool kids trained including Ms. and husband Chad

Busy travel morning here in the World Famous Kissimmee Muscle 24 hour gym with a training group of around 25 young executives here with their Orlando retreat making sure they stay on track and they know they can count on this private facility to get them the proper gym they need without wasting their time like they would in a public commercial fitness center
