Here in tho World Famous Kissimmee Muscle 24 hour gym we have created something really different as the only real old-school hard-core bodybuilding gym in the Central Florida market, heck, there are only a handful of places like this anywhere

We have, for a number of reasons, focussed most of our energy around those traveling to America’s number one travel destination so they can remain on track while on holiday or business

With this approach we have hosted more than 500,000 traveler visits from 127 countries and counting and all 50 states. We’ve hosted the Mr. Olympia competition 3 times and NPC National Championships 3 times and had bodybuilding’s top professional and amateur athletes call Kissimmee Muscle Gym their Orlando home multiple times. We’ve been featured on Mutant on a Mission and tour of best bodybuilding gyms in the world and we’ve become “World Famous” in the process

We’ve never really reached out to the local community directly and we would like to invite Orlando and Kissimmee residents to come make the comparison to all other options available and do it for FREE!

Think about it, if hundreds of thousands of people travel from around the world and end up training with us shouldn’t you at least drive across town to come train here where the world comes to train?
