CJA Behavioral Services CJA Behavioral Services, LLC is an agency established since May 2003.

The founder Carmen created CJA with the purpose to help individuals with mental health illness, persons with behavioral challenges and people with a disability to reach their dreams and have the best services that they can reach. Her commitment with the population and their families take her to work hard to help them reach their goals and optimize the quality of services for their current lives and their future. CJA Behavioral Services encourages the individual to exercise their rights as citizens to reach their maximum independence, and to have a safe and clean place to live. We feel that our recipient should also be happy with their personal lives, can have the opportunity to be safe, have the best possible health, and enable the recipient to achieve a quality of life they desire by identifying recipient goals through a person-center approach and funding services/ support to help meet their goals. CJA Behavioral Services help our individuals by coordinating and offering culturally sensitive healthcare, reflecting on the individual’s needs and abilities. We optimize everyone’s ability for recovery and supportive services that promote and enhance emotional, social, and personal growth.

We are looking for full time employees that will work in the Kissimee/Orlando area.

Requirements: Bachelors/Masters Degree, Board Certified with documentation, Medicaid Provider Number, Able to work in Orlando and Kissimmee.

-Perform Assessments of individuals’ skill levels, behaviors, environments, and support systems
utilizing empirically validated methods (Descriptive Analysis, Analog Functional Analysis, etc.).
-Design and implement Skills Teaching and Behavior Treatment Plans based on the findings of assessments.
-Directly observe and measure individuals’ behaviors in a variety of settings and conditions.
-Train and monitor implementers of the Behavior Treatment Plans including Certified Assistant
Behavior Analysts (BCaBA), Behavior Assistants, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT), parents,
teachers, and other support staff.
-Model appropriate interactions and interventions.
-Provide feedback for performance on an ongoing basis
-Evaluate and report the efficacy of Behavior Treatment Plans.
-Gather and graph data from all reporters and analyze graphed data.
-Report progress on an ongoing basis as required by various funding sources.
-Update and make changes to Behavior Treatment Plans on a regular basis or as needed (determined by data).
-Provide supervision on an ongoing basis to Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBA), Behavior Assistants, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) as required by both funding sources and Certification Organizations.
-Complete all Agency documentation as required.
-Maintain all documentation related to an Individual as required by Law, HIPPA, and other credentialing organizations.

We are looking for full time employees that will work at our Autism Spectrum Center in Orlando.

Requirements: Bachelors/Masters Degree, Board Certified with documentation, Medicaid Provider Number, Able to work in Orlando and Kissimmee.

Responsible for designing and developing an individualized behavior plan for the client. They are also responsible for either implementing it or ensuring that it is implemented in whatever environment is appropriate.
The BCBA or BCaBA will teach parents, caregivers, siblings, and other family members the behavior plan to ensure that it is used properly wherever the client may go.
It is also their job to monitor the plan and re-evaluate it often to make sure the client continues to progress at a steady rate.
These observations will be documented in a supervision log. They will write monthly progress notes that summarize the progress in addition to recording data and completing graphs to demonstrate the progress. If these graphs do not demonstrate the expected progress, it is the BCBA or BCaBA to complete additional assessments, if necessary, and modify the program to ensure progress.

April is autism awareness month, while we agree that being aware of the signs we can early detect, we also know that accepting the autistic community is the only way to continue to move forward and provide the best help and reapurces ro the comminity. CJA is stands with our autistic community!

The individual should be able to identify and assess the client and family needs. They should also be able to provide in-home or on-site services to clients; assist and counsel individuals and families by such activities as outlining alternatives, helping to formulate goals, and providing needed information, service, and treatment. The individual will be providing individual, family, and/or group therapy.

-Providing crisis intervention, individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions and maintaining required documentation
-Utilizing different therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral, gestalt, rational-emotive, solution-focused, etc.
-Maintaining clinical records and program documentation according to funding sources contract requirements and CJA Behavioral Service standards (assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, CFARS, discharges, etc.)
-Providing group therapy and/or counseling on-site at schools.
-Telehealth calls with clients when needed.

Someone with passion and drive to help children as well as families that are dealing with an Autism Diagnosis.

The specific role and job duties of an RBT are as follows:

To implement Child-specific Applied Behavior Analysis in various settings.
RBT’s must hold and maintain their certification as a Registered Behavior Technician as issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
The RBT is under direct supervision from the Lead Analyst, and the RBT must collect data that is measurable from their client’s behaviors and continuously develop notes for needed paperwork and charts.
RBT’s must assist with proper methods to train parents who have a child with an autism Diagnosis.
The RBT must always use and practice safe and appropriate procedures when working with their clients and maintain client confidentiality.
