We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide therapy services in our Kissimmee, FL office. The position is primarily office-based, with at least two mornings per week dedicated to off-site services in surrounding schools.

This part-time 1099 position has the potential to become full-time. We offer a competitive hourly rate ranging from $42.50 to $65.00 per hour.

Qualifications:

- SLP Florida License

- Experience in working with pediatric population.

Horizons Speech & Language Therapy is a private practice committed to helping children reach their highest potential through collaborative efforts with teachers, parents, and/or caregivers.

We are seeking a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLP-A) to provide therapy services in our Kissimmee, FL office, and at surrounding schools and/or daycares. The position is primarily office-based, with at least two mornings per week dedicated to off-site services in surrounding schools.

The ideal candidate must adhere to the new rules and regulations of the Florida Board of Speech-Pathology and Audiology. This includes completing On-The-Job Training and receiving direct supervision from a licensed SLP to establish competency before signing a Written Protocol: Speech-Language Pathology Assistant Collaborative Practice Agreement. This agreement will permit the SLP-A to work independently in various locations.

Responsibilities include assisting licensed Speech-Language Pathologists with implementing therapy programs, recording case history, screening speech, language, or hearing, implementing treatment programs, documenting client performance, preparing clinical materials, and providing caregiver coaching. Compliance with federal, state, and local regulations such as HIPAA and FERPA is essential.

This part-time W-2 hourly position has the potential to become full-time. We offer a competitive hourly rate of $25 during training, with an increase upon establishing competency, based on experience and other factors, ranging from $25.00 to $38.00 per hour. Benefits include therapy material stipends, CEU reimbursement, mentorship, compensation for cancelled/no-show appointments, compensation for paperwork/documentation, paid training, license renewal reimbursement, and mileage reimbursement. The expected work week is 8-40 hours, Monday through Friday.

We are in search of a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate to help children reach their full potential.

Horizons Speech & Language Therapy is a private practice owned by Speech and Language Pathologist. Our mission is to work collaboratively with teachers, parents and caregivers to reach children's full potential. Therapy services are provided at our clinic, online, and/or the child’s natural environment (home, school, daycare).

We are currently searching for a SLP to provide therapy services with an established caseload in our clinic and private schools. The job requires providing therapy at private schools in the morning from 8:00am to 1:00pm and then providing therapy in our clinic in the afternoon from 1:30pm to 6:00pm. Private schools locations are in South Orlando and Kissimmee. Our clinic is located in Kissimmee.

Potential hire should have a reliable vehicle and be willing to travel between our clinic and private schools in the area of South Orlando and Kissimmee.
