I’m so excited to share that I’ve officially finished my Sports Massage internship and earned my certification! 🙌

This journey has been such a rewarding experience under the mentorship of Michael McGillicuddy, expert in sports massage, owner of the Central Florida School of Massage, and partner with UCF University. His knowledge and passion for the field has been an inspiration.

I’m proud to announce that I’ll now be offering Sports Massage at my practice, Lakeside Massage & Spa, where I’ll be working with athletes pre- and post-events to help their bodies return to a balanced state—reducing inflammation, improving circulation, and supporting faster recovery. 🥊🏋️‍♂️🏃‍♀️⚽
