🎉At AcuMed Group, we see miracles in the simplest moments.
Today, one of my patients shared something that truly moved me. He has two large spinal lymphomas, the kind that doctors are afraid to remove because doing so could leave him paralyzed. These tumors run in his family, his mother had them and passed away when they became cancerous, and his brother also lives with them.
For years, he has been taking over 30 pills a day just to function.
Last week was his very first visit with me…
And today he walked in and told me:
✨ He has already reduced 16 pills per day.
✨ For the first time in years, his stomach did not hurt after eating.
✨ He has lived on soft foods, soup, pudding, oatmeal, because he could not tolerate anything acidic.
✨ Two days ago, he ate a hamburger with tomatoes… and felt fine.
✨ This week, he’s excited to try pizza for the first time in years.
These are the victories that remind me why I do this work. Changing lives doesn’t always require invasive procedures. Sometimes, it begins with compassionate, holistic care and the right treatment plan.
I am so grateful to support him on this journey.
And so proud of his progress already. 💛
