EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY:
Registered Respiratory Therapist or Certified Respiratory Therapist, Full Time

Summary: We specialize in surgical, medical and cardiac care and are a Primary Stroke Center accredited for Cardiovascular Excellence (ACE) that enables us to perform percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). We have implemented many technologic advances to ensure high-quality care for our patients and we are committed to improving the emotional and physical health of our patients through superior clinical care and the compassionate management of illness and disability.

We offer our respiratory therapists various 12 hour and 8 hour shifts, with a weekend rotation and rotating holidays. Schedules are provided on a 4-week interval basis.

A Respiratory Therapist that excels in this role:
· Strong clinical knowledge of cardiopulmonary anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques
· Excellent patient care skills, including compassion, empathy, and professionalism
· Critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities to assess patients and respond quickly to changes
· Effective communication skills with patients, families, nurses, and physicians
· Attention to detail when monitoring treatments, equipment, patient responses, and documentation within the electronic health record
· Technical competence with ventilators, oxygen delivery systems, and diagnostic equipment
· Ability to remain calm under pressure, especially in emergency or critical care settings
· Team-oriented mindset: collaborates across disciplines while also working independently when/as needed
· Commitment to safety and infection control practices
· Dedication to continuing education and staying current with evidence-based practices

Position Requirements:

Graduate of an approved respiratory therapy program (associate’s or bachelor’s degree)
Applicants must have current respiratory therapy licensure in the state of PA
Pennsylvania licensure as a Respiratory Therapist. Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the NBRC or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the NBRC.
CPR (BLS) – American Heart Association
(ACLS, NRP, PALS not required but recommended)
Acute and Critical care experience preferred

Polysomnographer - Full-time
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 over two years paid quarterly

Summary:
Our four (4) bed sleep lab with private shower specializes in diagnostic and titration of sleep apnea, split night sleep studies in a tranquil and peaceful setting. The sleep lab also offers home sleep study testing to be performed in your home as part of a diagnostic tool.
· Schedules provided on a 4 week schedule
· No holidays (eves or nights) for night shift

Your contribution:
· Demonstrates exceptional skill in conducting, titrating, and scoring sleep studies with precision and accuracy.
· Maintains patient safety and comfort throughout the procedure.
· Identifies and responds to complex sleep events and abnormalities in real time.
· Maintains thorough knowledge of sleep disorders and diagnostic procedures.
· Works both individually and with a team.

· Current RPSGT/CPSGT certification
· OR current CRT/RRT and SDS certification
· OR CRT/RRT and earn the SDS certification within 6 months of hire

ACMH Christmas Baby 2025!
Parents Brooke and Brandon welcomed baby Bennett Crawford, who was born on 12/23/25, at ACMH. The Maternity Care team presented the family with a holiday wreath full of newborn necessities, and wished them the very Merriest Christmas!
