It’s another snowy morning and yet I find myself dreaming of spring! One habit I’m trying to revive is journaling. How many of you find yourselves buying pretty, beautifully covered journals and then….! I have so many started, so I’m getting back to it!

WHY JOURNAL?

1. Boost emotional wellness
Regular journaling may improve your mood and help manage anxiety [1,2]. It gives you a safe space to pour out your feelings, which can help unwind emotions that may be blocking your well-being.

2. Support your dreams & goals
You can use journaling to get in touch with your dreams and set goals to create them.

3. Feel better
Putting your stress into words can help you ease negative feelings [1], organize your thoughts, and find ways to cope. It’s like decluttering your mind.

4. Solve problems
The act of writing about tricky situations can help you see things from new angles and come up with solutions you might not have thought of otherwise.

5. Improve your mood with gratitude

šŸ§˜šŸ¼ā€ā™‚ļøJournaling is meant to be relaxing. Sit down in a place that’s comfy, maybe with a cup of tea. Open up your journal, set a timer for 5 to 30+ minutes, maybe pick a prompt, and just write whatever comes to mind. You may be surprised at what unfolds as you go.

Then, congratulate yourself for doing something good for your well-being!

I used to think because I ate healthy I got all of the vitamins I need. After being introduced to Shaklee and becoming a health coach I realized how many things in our daily lives deplete our stores.
Since taking my daily Shaklee supplements many of the recurring health issues just stopped occurring šŸ¤·ā€ā™€ļø.

So it’s my third morning of the cleanse and interestingly enough two nights in a row I’ve slept through the night, brain fog dissipating, feel less bloating, refreshed and not starving.

So why do I cleanse? #1 to clear my body of toxins from holiday eating, clear my brain fog, and refresh my system and lose a few pounds.
Also I’m getting ready to do my 5 day protein rest!
So I started my morning with 8 ounces of water, protein shake( high protein intake is not recommended for a full cleanse ) but it’s my first day and I have to shop for my veggies today. I also used our up and glowing for my probiotic. I feel full and hydrated plus I took my regular supplements!
